The article proposes to using Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) increase the energy efficiency mining of methane from deposits subaquatic gas hydrates on hydrate cycle (GHET), that will allow not spend 10-15% extracted for power supply a gas-producing complex (GPC). circuit-technological solution GPC is described, according which carbon dioxide introduced into layer extract hydrates.
